Description
We are in need of an ITSM consultant for a PoC for a duration of 2 months.
The consultant should be able to guide us in creating a comprehensive framework and configuring various service modules such as Device Management, Incident Management, Patch Management, and Availability Management. Do we have any candidates? Here are some high-level responsibilities for the role:
- Assess current ITSM processes and identify any gaps.
- Develop and implement new ITSM processes adhering to ITIL standards, which will eventually be OTSM processes.
- Design workflows for service management operations concerning IT and OT assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process alignment with business goals.
- Provide guidance and training on ITSM best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
