Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Salesforce development and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role. The position requires a basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and the ability to work on simpler code tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Development Projects: Support the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Custom Solutions: Help develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, including FSL, JavaScript, and Apex.
• Code Implementation: Work on code tasks, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Assist in translating business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities.

• Salesforce Knowledge: Some experience with Salesforce development, including FSL, JavaScript, and Apex.
• Technical Skills: Apex Classes and Triggers, VisualForce pages, Lightning Components, SOQL, Shield, FSL, Public Sector Cloud and Mulesoft .
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle code tasks and provide scalable solutions.
• Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent are a plus.
